By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This site is maintained by volunteers of the Logansport High School Class of 1965 for the purpose of helping classmates reconnect and share memories.
1. Purpose of This Site
This website is a nonprofit, volunteer-run resource created exclusively for members of the Logansport High School Class of 1965, their families, and invited guests. It is intended to help classmates stay connected, share memories, and learn about upcoming reunions and events.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this site respectfully and only for its intended purpose of reconnecting with classmates. You may not use the site to harass others, post offensive or defamatory content, distribute unsolicited advertising, or engage in any unlawful activity.
3. User Submissions
When you submit photos, guestbook messages, news updates, or other content to this site, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and grant us permission to display it on the site. Submissions may be reviewed before being published and may be edited or removed at our discretion.
4. Accounts and Directory Access
Access to the class directory and certain features requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Directory information is provided by classmates voluntarily and is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by fellow classmates.
5. Privacy of Classmate Information
Contact details, addresses, and other personal information shared in the directory are provided for the purpose of reconnecting classmates and must not be sold, rented, or used for commercial solicitation. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on how information is handled.
6. Content Accuracy
While we make every effort to keep event dates, memorial information, and classmate details accurate and up to date, this site is maintained by volunteers and errors may occur. If you notice incorrect information, please contact us so we can make corrections.
7. Limitation of Liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. The class committee and site volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on event information, directory details, or any linked third-party content.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in how the site is used. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
